Fayetteville Rotary Makes $50,000 community Impact in 2024-25 Rotary Year
The Fayetteville Rotary Club made a significant impact on our community in 2024-25, investing over $50,000.
The year was highlighted by the 25th anniversary of the Fayetteville Rotary Christmas Parade and the 37th Annual Walker Family Golf Classic. The Club awarded $16,000 in tuition and cash to four Lowdermilk Achievement Award winners at Methodist University and selected 15 Cumberland County High School students to participate in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award program.
"This past year was very memorable for the Fayetteville Club," said Carolyn Justice-Hinson who served as the 2024 Fayetteville Rotary Club President. " In addition to over $50,000 that was invested in our community, our club performed more than 750 hours of service, supported 18 organizations and impacted hundreds of lives through our grants and service projects."
