personal responsibility to assist in implementing projects and activities that respond to
the needs and quality of life for those in our communities.

Community Service is the expression of the passion we have to serve the public interest.
It provides opportunities for every Rotarian to exemplify “Service Above Self” and an
opportunity to respond to those needs.

Community Service projects are best determined by Rotarians and Community Partners
working together to identify the assets and needs of our community and developing a
response. This approach ensures that Rotary, as a positive force, is involved with
relevant and effective service projects that improve the community and brings people
together.
