Rotary District 3191 Overview
Rotary District 3191 is a vibrant and dynamic district within Rotary International, known for its commitment to community service and fostering leadership. The district spans a diverse geographical area, covering regions from Tirupati to Channapatna, and includes a robust network of 94 Rotary clubs.
Charter Governor 2023-24: Rtn. Uday Kumar Bhaskara
For the Rotary year 2024-25, Rtn. Satish Madhavan serves as the District Governor known for his dedication to Rotary’s ideals of “Service Above Self,” Under his guidance, the district aims to enhance its community impact, strengthen club operations, and promote fellowship among Rotarians.
For the Rotary year 2025-26: Rtn. Sridhar B.R. will serve as the District Governor. Rtn. Sridhar is passionate about implementing impactful projects and brings in a host of experience in global grant projects and large scale community projects.
Rtn. Anil Gupta is the District Governor designate for 2026-27.
Membership and Reach
Rotary District 3191 boasts a strong membership base with over 3,500 committed Rotarians. The district is exceptionally active in service projects, having initiated and executed more than 2,000 service projects. These projects span various areas of focus, including but not limited to:

- Community Development: Infrastructure development, clean water initiatives, and sanitation projects.
