No Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your support and generosity in registration and contributing to our district event

and project. Please note the following regarding our refund policy:

1. Donations are Final

All donations made through our platform are non-refundable. Once a registration / contribution is

processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Processing Fees

Please be aware that any processing fees associated with your registration / contribution are also

non-refundable. These fees are charged by payment processors and are not within our control.

3. Errors and Issues

If you believe there has been an error with your registration / contribution or if you encounter any

issues, please contact our support team at sridhar.br@rotary3191.org within 48 hours of making

the donation. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review each case individually and

address any concerns to the best of our ability.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors on our platform, we may consider refunds

at our discretion. Please contact our support team with detailed information regarding your

situation for further review.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated

through our website and will apply to donations made after the effective date of the updated

policy.
